January 1985 - Hospital opened its doors

February 1986 - Western Washington Cancer Treatment Center opened

October 1987
- Hospital became part of newly formed HealthTrust Inc.

December 1989 - Cardiac Cath Lab opened

October 1990 - Women's Services opened birthing suites

April 1991 - Name changed from Black Hills Community Hospital to Capital Medical Center

July 1992 - Ambulatory Center opened

February 1995 - Physician's Pavilion opened with 65,000 sq. ft. medical office space

April 1996 - Hospital became part of Columbia/HCA

October 1995 - ER/Registration opened

May 1997 - Radiation Therapy w/addition of Olympia Radiology

May 2000 - Parent company, Columbia/HCA became HCA

November 2005 - Hospital became part of Capella Healthcare

March 2006 - Interventional Radiology Services opened

Early 2008 - Radiation Therapy Services opened
